Terms of Use for Digi Advisors Products

    All Digi Advisors Products are the exclusive intellectual property of Infrastructure Advisors Private Limited (“IAPL”) and are developed solely to assist Authorized Users/Buyers in the bidding process for specific projects. By purchasing, accessing, or using Digi Advisors Products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    A. AUTHORIZED USERS

    Authorized Users are entities that have lawfully accessed and downloaded Digi Advisors Products directly from the official website, https://digiadvisors.in/. Authorized Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use Digi Advisors Products strictly for the intended purpose of the designated project.

    B. AUTHORIZED USE

    • Prohibition on Redistribution: Digi Advisors Products, in whole or in part, shall not be distributed, reproduced, sold, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any third party without prior written consent from IAPL.
    • Confidentiality Obligations:
      • Digi Advisors Products, including all associated data, analyses, and methodologies, are strictly confidential and proprietary.
      • Authorized Users are prohibited from using the Products for purposes other than those explicitly permitted under these terms.
    • Intellectual Property Protection: Digi Advisors Products are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, as amended. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or disclosure may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
    • Consequences of Non-Compliance:
      • Any violation of these terms will be considered a breach of IAPL’s proprietary rights. IAPL reserves the right to seek legal remedies, including:
        • Injunctive relief to prevent further misuse.
        • Recovery of damages and associated legal costs.

    C. DIGI ADVISORS PRODUCTS DELIVERY

    Digi Advisors Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, users will receive an email containing a download link for their purchased product. In standard cases, delivery is immediate after payment confirmation. In rare circumstances, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical issues. Customer Support is available during business hours on working days to address queries related to the use or delivery of Digi Advisors Products.     D. PRICING AND PAYMENT

    The prices of Digi Advisors Products are displayed against each project in INR and are inclusive of GST. Payments must be made via the payment gateway available on the Website. All sales are final. Digi Advisors Products are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    E. CANCELLATION

    All sales on Digi Advisors’ e-commerce platform are final and cannot be cancelled once completed. The purchased products are delivered instantly via email to the buyer’s registered email address. No refunds, whether partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances.

    F. CUSTOMER DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

    We value information about customers, and we only take data as required for compliance and to provide Customer Support. Our policy with respect to the same is as enumerated as below.

    • Information Collected:
      • Business Information covering name, email address, billing address, KYC related information, and payment information are collected when you place an order.
      • Technical Information such as IP address, browser type, and browsing behavior, is collected for analytics purposes.
    • Use of Information: Restricted to:
      • Processing transactions and delivering products.
      • Improving the Website, products, and support services.
      • Communicating with you about updates, promotions, or support inquiries.

While every effort possible has been taken to deliver the product meeting its required in every aspect, IAPL does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, suitability, or completeness of Digi Advisors Products to be used for the specific purpose. IAPL disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties applicable to such products and warranties arising out of course of dealing, usage, or trade practices. IAPL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
      • The use or inability to use Digi Advisors Products.
      • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content or materials provided.
      • Loss of business, revenue, profits, data, or goodwill.
    • IAPL is not responsible for technical failures, incompatibilities, or interruptions that may impact the downloading, use, or functionality of its products. Users are responsible for ensuring their systems meet the technical requirements for accessing and using Digi Advisors Products. IAPL is not liable for issues arising from third-party services or platforms, including payment gateways or hosting providers, that may be used to deliver Digi Advisors Products.
    • IAPL shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivering Digi Advisors Products due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, government regulations, or technical failures.
    • Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Digi Advisors Products complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations at their end. IAPL disclaims any liability arising from the misuse of its products in violation of such laws or agreements.
    • Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of Digi Advisors Products must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose.
